ABOUT YOU

You do it all. You work hard every day to be a good person, parent, partner and friend. You have high standards for yourself that often leave you feeling like you’re just not enough. You often feel anxious (ie: fearful and worried), isolated and discouraged - not to mention exhausted! You feel the need to hide a lot because of the way you feel about your body. You feel stuck because you know what to do you just can’t seem to do it or make it happen. 


I hear you. I get it. 

Trying to heal and grow on your own can be really hard and discouraging. It can leave you feeling like you’re not good enough and like you are constantly failing or letting yourself (and others) down.

That’s where I come in. 

 
 

You need support and a strategy for learning how to trust yourself- body and mind- so that you can feel comfortable in your skin and with who you are. This shift from criticism to compassion empowers you to set boundaries that help you feel more grounded, content and confident. You get to stop hiding.

I am here to guide you on your journey of feeling more aligned with your mind and body. You will learn how to identify your emotional and energetic limits and gently expand your awareness of what you want and need. 

You will learn a new way of thinking and talking about yourself the empowers you to communicate yourself clearly and effectively. You discover how subconscious beliefs are often getting in the way of you living the life you want to live. Together, we bring awareness to these wounded and confused parts of you to shine a light and get clarity. 


You will be amazed at the transformation that takes place as you learn to connect with your body and to come home to yourself. This allows you to alleviate anxiety, feel safer in your body and have peace that comes from living in alignment with who you want to be and who you are growing in to. 

My trauma-sensitive approach is unique in that you feel both supported and led, but you also feel empowered. I get to help you move from a place of criticism, contempt and control to feeling clear, free and motivated.
